Grouper Francese -
Florida black grouper lightly floured dipped in egg batter and pan fried with white wine and lemon butter sauce. Served over spinach fettuccini.

Crispy Fried Pompano –
Served over plantain chips topped with a sweet corn radish.

Blackened Swordfish –
Pan seared and topped with a Cajun cream sauce, served over crab risotto with a side of seasonal vegetables.

Shrimp and Scallop Scampi –
Toss with fresh mushrooms and grape tomatoes in a white wine garlic sauce, served over linguini.

10 oz. Sirloin –
grilled to perfection, served with jalapeno yucca mash and seasonal vegetables, topped with chimichurri butter.

Paella for Two –
Lobster tail, shrimp, scallops, chicken, black mussels, chorizo sausage and Chef Pablo’s special spices baked with saffron rice.
