Grilled Caribbean Style Whole Red Snapper –
Served with saffron rice, seasonal vegetables and plantain chips.

Grouper Francese -
Florida black grouper lightly floured dipped in egg batter and pan fried with white wine and lemon butter sauce. Served over spinach fettuccini.

Basil Parmesan Panko Crusted Pompano –
Baked to perfection and finished with a Mediterranean butter sauce. Served with citrus rice and seasonal vegetables.

Blackened Swordfish –
Pan seared and topped with a Cajun cream sauce, served over crab risotto with a side of seasonal vegetables.

Linguini Frutti Di Mare –
Shrimp, scallops, black mussels, clams and squid tossed with linguini and marinara sauce topped with shaved parmesan.

Asian Steak with Shrimp Skewers –
a sliced 10 sirloin steak and skewered shrimp topped with our Asian sauce and served over Thai rice with snow peas on the side.

Paella for Two –
Lobster tail, shrimp, scallops, chicken, black mussels, chorizo sausage and Chef Pablo’s special spices baked with saffron rice.
